Owner Manager

Louise is a Registered Nurse who has worked as the Manager at Mayfair for over 8 years and in December 2008 become the Owner Manager.

Carol Maxwell

Care Manager

Carol is a Registered Nurse who has worked in the industry for 36 years. She has specialist skills in diabetes and dementia care and is passionate about providing quality care for every individual resident. Carol has worked as Care Manager at Mayfair for almost 3 years.

Averill Campbell

Care Co-Coordinator

Averill has over 23 years experience in aged care and has been at Mayfair for 6 years. Averill also is a qualified Ace Assessor, has her national certificate and is an integral part of our care team. 

Daphne Marshall

Accounts Manager 

Daphne has run the Accounts Department for over ten years and knows all the answers. She manages the residents petty cash system and is the one to talk to about money matters.

Val Herron

Receptionist and Enrolled Nurse

Val has over 20 years experience in the aged care industry and multitasks as both receptionist and Enrolled Nurse/Team Leader – always with a smile and positive approach.

Debbie Lewis

Registered Nurse

Debbie has been at Mayfair for over 8 years and works full time afternoon shifts including the weekends. Debbie leads the afternoon shifts and is always available to talk with residents and their families after hours.

Margaretmary Comeskey, Julia Carson, Rosalie Newton

Activities Co-Coordinator, Activities Officer, Activities Officer

Margaretmary, Julia and Rosalie form a team where fun and laughter are part of every day. Have a look at our activities page to see our full range of activities. 

Barry Sumner, Maria Parnell

Cook

Barry and Maria produce fabulous meals for up to 90 residents every day – always with a smile and the home baking is better than Mum used to make.

GiGi is in charge of the laundry, and along with support staff does a fantastic job.

Our care team involves 30 staff and most have been at Mayfair for some time. They are a great caring and friendly team with a huge knowledge and experience, and are always happy to help.
